Negotiation and Mediation

It is often most cost-effective to resolve matters through negotiation or mediation. By taking a commercial and pragmatic approach, ICARMS can facilitate a resolution to the satisfaction of the client, with the result being significant savings of resources and the preservation of sensitive information, proprietary matters and trade secrets, as well as good will.  Some of our staff have also served as arbitrators and are in the process of being certified with ARIAS.

Litigation and Arbitration Support

When it is not possible to resolve disputes through negotiation and mediation, and litigation and arbitration is inevitable, ICARMS can provide a broad range of support. Our staff has participated in the discovery aspects of several large arbitrations, including quantification of issues and specific evidentiary support. We have worked with US and UK legal advisors and counsel and several of our personnel have law degrees. We are experienced in managing large-document cases and are able to provide significant services related to the discovery exercise.
